About

Managed Wisdom was built on a simple observation: most organisations that struggle with AI adoption don’t have a technology problem. They have a human one.

I’m Niklas. I work at the intersection of technology strategy and organisational change — helping leaders and teams move from having access to AI tools to actually working differently because of them. The gap between those two things is where most AI investments quietly stall.

My background is Finnish, which shapes how I work: I listen before I speak, I value directness over performance, and I’d rather ask a good question than arrive with a prepared answer. I’ve spent years inside large organisations — including Microsoft — which gives me fluency in the structures, the politics, and the real conversations that shape whether change sticks or doesn’t.

I founded Managed Wisdom because I believe the most valuable thing you can offer someone in the middle of a technology transition is not a framework — it’s a thinking partner who can move with them from high-level strategy to the specific, technical, human details of what actually needs to change.

Our work is grounded in Design Thinking — not as a method to follow, but as a way of staying close to the people in every change process. We facilitate, we coach, and where it helps, we stay long enough to see what actually sticks.

WHAT WE STAND FOR

Human-centered. Technology decisions are people decisions. We start with the human, always.

Honest. We say what we think, even when it’s not what you were hoping to hear.

Fluent across layers. From boardroom strategy to technical architecture — we move between registers without losing the thread.

Nordic by character, global in reach. Trust, directness, and a quiet confidence in the work.
