Managed Wisdom (“we,” “us”) is operated by Niklas Ekebom. This policy explains what personal data we collect through managedwisdom.com, why, and what rights you have over it.
What we collect
- Contact form submissions: name, email address, and any message content you submit.
- Newsletter signup: email address only.
We don’t run advertising trackers, third-party analytics cookies, or sell data to anyone. Site analytics are handled by a self-hosted Umami instance, which doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t share data with any third party.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your contact form message.
- To send you the newsletter, if you signed up for it — you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
Who we share it with
Form and newsletter emails are delivered via Brevo, our email delivery provider, solely to get your message or newsletter to us/you reliably. We don’t share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
- Contact form submissions: kept as long as needed to respond, then deleted or archived within a reasonable period.
- Newsletter email addresses: kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. To do so, email [email protected].
