Included in every engagement
Studio is the workspace behind every Managed Wisdom engagement. Each client gets a journey in Studio: the sessions we’ve held, the decisions you’ve made, the actions you’ve committed to and the work still in motion. You see the same journey we do, so nothing has to be re-explained and nothing that mattered gets lost when the meeting ends.
Sage is our AI co-facilitator, and it works inside Studio. It reads what earlier sessions produced, drafts agendas and recaps, and keeps the thread between meetings. Sage works for the facilitator, not in front of your team: it never speaks to the room, and nothing it drafts reaches you until a person has reviewed it.
Good for: teams who want the relationship, not just the engagement.
How a journey runs in Studio
An agenda built on what you've done
Sage reads the recaps, decisions and open actions from earlier sessions and drafts an agenda that fits the time you've booked, breaks included. The facilitator shapes it and publishes it to you, with any material you need ahead of time.
Recorded, with consent
With everyone's consent, the session is recorded and transcribed on our own servers in the EU, in Swedish, English or a mix of both. The facilitator stays with the room. Studio keeps the record.
A recap you can act on
In the language you spoke: a short summary, each decision with the reasoning behind it, next steps with a named owner and a date, insights, and the questions still open. Reviewed by the facilitator before it's published to you.
One page for the whole journey
Your journey page is the place to start: every decision and action numbered and tracked, the next meeting, and a board for the work in motion. The next session starts from here, not from a blank page.
Your data stays yours
Each client’s data is kept separate and stored in the EU. We only record with everyone’s consent, raw audio is deleted once it’s transcribed, and the raw transcript stays with the facilitator. Ask us and we delete it.
The Augmented Emergence System
Studio is built around AES, the Augmented Emergence System. It's the difference between a workshop and a decision system.
A workshop produces ideas and notes. A facilitator runs the agenda once, and whatever was learned mostly disappears when the room empties. AES is built to produce decisions and prototypes instead, and to carry what's learned from one session into the next, so your thinking compounds rather than resetting every time.
It combines three things: AI for synthesis and expansion, a memory layer for continuity, and human judgment for everything AI can't supply: intuition, experience, the read of a room. The output is clarity you can act on, not just a deck of possibilities.
Expand
Generate a wide range of directions before narrowing, with humans and AI both contributing options.
Synthesize
Find the real patterns and themes underneath the raw ideas, so the group is choosing between a handful of directions, not fifty.
Decide
Choose a direction using frameworks built for the decision, not gut feel or whoever spoke last.
Build
Turn the chosen direction into something concrete enough to react to: a prototype, not just a slide.
Validate
Test it against real feedback and feed what's learned back into the next cycle.
The memory layer
Every AES cycle (the decisions made, what was learned, the questions still open) feeds into the next one. That is what Studio and Sage carry between sessions: nothing has to be re-explained, and nothing that mattered gets lost when the meeting ends.
See it in practice
Studio comes with every engagement, at no extra cost. The easiest way to see it is a first session: start with a mini-workshop for your team, or talk to us.
